Why we insist on user sovereignty: private keys should never leave the device

The decentralized future shouldn’t be a toy for the few, but an everyday tool for everyone. That is the starting point of dp.life.

So we put user sovereignty first: keys are self-custodied, local encrypted backup lets you recover on a new device, and permission control lets you revoke DApp approvals anytime. We are not the custodian of your assets, only the infrastructure.

This path is harder, but it is right. We hope to prove with the product: security, autonomy and usability can happen together.
