1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using dp.life (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
dp.life is a Web3 super-app that integrates a self-custodial wallet, a discovery feed, AI analytics, encrypted social features, and a KYC-based centralized account system. Features may change, evolve, or be discontinued at our discretion as the product develops.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency and related services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
4. Accounts & KYC
Certain features require a centralized account verified through our licensed KYC partners. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity under your account.
5. Self-Custody & Risk
Where supported, private keys are generated and stored locally on your device and never leave it. You alone are responsible for backing up recovery material. Loss of your keys may result in permanent loss of access to your assets, for which we are not liable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, text, and software comprising the Service are owned by Dp.Life INC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for market fluctuations, smart-contract risk, or third-party DApp behavior accessed through the ecosystem.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dp.Life INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
